- hypermarkets, supermarkets, mini markets, discount and other non-specialized businesses of various foodstuffs,

- pharmacies and parapharmacies, health and orthopedics,
- perfumeries, personal hygiene products,
- soap, detergent and similar shops,
- newspapers and tobacco with eventual sale of food attached (Ateco code 47.2),
- retail sale of small pets,
- non-specialized shops selling computers, peripherals, telecommunications equipment, consumer electronics (audio and video), household appliances,
- specialized IT and telecommunications exercises (ICT. (Ateco code 47.4),
- optics and photography, lighting items,
- sellers of fuel for domestic use and heating,
- automotive fuel dispensers,
- hardware and paint shops, flat glass, electrical and thermo-hydraulic material.
The shopping centers they can be kept open as long as access is limited only to the activities included in the decree. On the other hand, the food and beverage outlets located in the service and refueling areas located along the road and motorway network and inside railway stations, airports, lakes and hospitals remain open.
The markets remain open solely for the sale of foodstuffs.
Activities relating to personal services (eg hairdressers, barbers, beauticians) are suspended. With the exception of:
- laundry and cleaning of textiles and fur,
- industrial laundries,
- other laundries and dry cleaners,
- funeral services and related activities.
Continuity is guaranteed banking, financial and insurance services, as well as activities in the agricultural, livestock and processing sectors agro-food. Including the supply chains that supply goods and services.
Public transportation is subject to reduction and abolition measures by the Presidents of the Region. The service of the local public transport companies must be programmed to contain the emergency and nevertheless ensure i 'essential minimum services'.
With the obligation to ensure the interpersonal safety distance of one meter and implement adequate safety protocols to guarantee workers. In all cases, travel must be limited to essential needs only.
The website Digital Solidarity means free services and solutions available to all, especially children and young people who have free access to a wide variety of digital content.
This is possible compensate at least in part for restrictions on movement, so as to:
- to work remotely, through fast and free connectivity, as well as the use of advanced teleworking platforms (smart working),
- light free newspapers without going to newsstands, books without going to the bookstore, through smartphone o tablets,
- to maintain school and training courses, following the closure of schools already established until 3.4.20, thanks to platforms of e-learning.
