From Monday 9 May 2022, the non-profit organization Égalité has a new president, Elena Bosani, already known to our readers for her articles. The new president has come a long way, which we love to share.
Elena Bosani, who is the new president of Égalité
Elena Bosani has been a lawyer since 2004, registered with the Milan Bar. After a degree thesis on juvenile delinquency, she started working mainly dealing with juvenile law both in criminal and civil matters, as well as with family law, separations and divorces, foster care, domestic violence crimes, mistreatment and stalking.
'They were formative years, very intense and emotionally equally engaging, which allowed me, between joys and sorrows, to learn, to grow and to become the person of today.'says Elena.
Immersion in food law
Subsequently, thanks to her passion for wine (diploma of Sommelier FISAR) and natural cooking, Elena Bosani followed a short Master in food law and wine legislation and began to deal, in part, also in this sector.
He followed then a second first level Master's degree in food safety law, with a thesis entitled: 'Novel Food. Population overshoot. Food security and safety towards a circular economy '.
Passion for human rights
Thanks also to the collaboration with Dario Dongo, founder of Égalitè e Gift, Elena Bosani was passionate about the theme of human rights and has recently completed a specialization course in business and human rights, organized by the Council of Europe.
Together with two dear colleagues, founded the Bosani Fiorentino Parrelli Law Firm, (Milan and Frankfurt, where he has lived since 2018), a reality that wants to go beyond the concept of the classic law firm and present itself as a flexible structure, within the reach of a click, where technology dematerializes the structure of the traditional studio. The three professionals work in smart working or directly with customers, free to manage their time and their activities, in compliance with the commitments undertaken and a work life balance.
Environmental and social sustainability
The project that inspired the new studio is to make professionalism and experience available to help tackle the great global challenges, towards full social and environmental sustainability.
'Our commitment seeks to go beyond judicial protection, we organize and participate in charity events and awareness campaigns related to human rights, environmental protection and social justice issues.', says the newly elected president of Égalité.

Sport school of life
The sport plays a central role. 'I believe in the value of sport, as a school of life, as a tool for inclusion, socialization and training. I am a former basketball player, I have played basketball for over 20 years, I have coached both women's and men's teams and with so much frankness I can say that sport has taught me and given me so much and has given me the opportunity to help many teenagers in difficulty.'says Elena Bosani.
Recently, Elena delved into how motor activity has a positive effect on some pathologies, acting as a therapeutic treatment, together with the pharmacological one.
For example, on the performance motor of the Parkinsonian patient, but also on another very common symptom such as the trough.
As a wine lover, Elena has fun in her spare time sommelier to some food and wine events, especially in Germany, where our cuisine and good wine are highly appreciated.
