Privacy Policy of egalite.org
INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 D. LGS. 196/2003
Dear Mr./Mrs
pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") hereinafter referred to as TU,
rule governing the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data referred to
the Associazione Égalité ONLUS will come into possession, we inform you of the following:
1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING.
The treatment is aimed solely for the realization of the institutional purposes promoted by the association itself
within the limits of the statutory provisions and in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
2. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING.
to. The processing is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated
to art. 4 paragraph 1 letter. a) TU: collection, registration, organization, conservation,
consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use,
interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and distribution of data;
b. The operations can be carried out with or without the support of electronic tools or
however automated;
c. The treatment is carried out by the owner and / or by the persons in charge of the treatment.
3. PROVISION OF DATA.
The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point 1.
4. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA.
Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data in the case referred to in point 3 makes it impossible
to carry out the activities referred to in point 1.
5. COMMUNICATION OF DATA.
The personal data will be known to the persons in charge of the processing and may be disclosed for the purposes referred to
in point 1 to external collaborators and, in general, to all those subjects to whom the communication is necessary for the
correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1.
6. DISCLOSURE OF DATA.
Personal data are not subject to disclosure.
7. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD.
Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to third countries with respect to the European Union
within the scope of the purposes referred to in point 1.
8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY.
The art. 7 TU grants the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including that of obtaining confirmation from the holder
the existence or not of their personal data and their making available in an intelligible form; the interested party has the right
to have knowledge of the origin of the data, of the purposes and methods of treatment, of the logic applied to
processing, of the identification details of the owner and of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated; the interested party has
furthermore, the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, cancellation, transformation
anonymously or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the interested party has the right to object, for reasons
legitimate, to the processing of data.
9. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT.
The data controller is the Associazione Égalité ONLUS based in Rome, Lungotevere di Pietra Papa 111 / D.
The data processor is the secretary Michele Santarella.
The undersigned, having acquired the information provided by the data controller pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no.
196/2003, pursuant to art. 23 of the aforementioned decree gives its consent to the entire processing of its data
personal data necessary for carrying out the operations indicated in the information, as well as for communicating data to
subjects indicated in the information and treated by them to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of obligations under the
law and contracts.
I am aware that, in the absence of my consent, the Association will not be able to provide the aforementioned services.
The undersigned
acquired the information provided by the data controller pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, agrees to
processing of their personal data, declaring to have had, in particular, knowledge that the same data
fall within the category of "sensitive" data pursuant to art. 4 paragraph 1 letter. d), as well as art. 26 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
